1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Grow Lio's website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services. Your access to and use of the services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access our services and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments and Billing

4.1 Service Fees

Our services are provided at the rates specified in your service agreement or project proposal. All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit required to begin work on most projects
• Balance due upon project completion or according to agreed milestones
• Recurring services are billed monthly in advance

4.3 Late Payments

Accounts that are 30 days past due may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law. Services may be suspended for accounts that are 60 days past due.

4.4 Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content included on our website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Grow Lio or our content suppliers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Client Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide to us for use in your projects. By providing content, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and modify that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

5.3 Deliverables

Upon full payment, you will receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to display your project in our portfolio and marketing materials.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our services:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of our services
• To collect or track the personal information of others
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• For any obscene or immoral purpose
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of our services

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our services or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Grow Lio and our suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Neither Grow Lio nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our services will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, our services at your own discretion and risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Grow Lio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Any content obtained from our services
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

Whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using our services.
